How should I prepare for my first pickup?
When you sign-up for a CSA share, you will receive a confirmation email from us, this email will include all the details you require for your share. Please refer to this email for your share pick-up time and location.
At your first pick-up, we will provide you with a Rochon Garden CSA exclusive reusable shopping tote. For quick and easy storage when you get home, we encourage you to bring reusable produce bags and containers to each pick-up.
How do I sign-up for Rochon Garden CSA share?
You can sign-up online or by phone at 613-821-3245.
Your start date will be indicated in your confirmation email after signup.
Pick-up times and dates are included on detail pages linked above.
Will I know in advance what will be in my box?
Be sure to sign-up for What's🌱at Rochon Garden, our weekly newsletter on what's coming out of our fields and updates from the farm. The newsletter includes a list of products in the share and a picture of the CSA share for the week. We also include helpful storage tips and recipes for preparing meals with the produce in your share.

We also encourage you to post questions to our Facebook page where we have a great community of people who are helpful with tips and recipe ideas.

What if I miss a box?
If you are unable to make your pick-up, we encourage you to ask someone to come on your behalf. They simply have to give your name at the time of pick-up.
Unfortunately, members who forget to pick up their boxes will lose their share for that week, it will be donated to a local food bank.
Please note that replacement shares will not be issued and refunds will not be given.
What if I have vacation planned during a pickup?
You can request to have your box moved to another week. This request must be sent by email to email@example.com at least 1 week prior to your scheduled pick-up.
Please include the date of the box you will be missing, the date of when you would like to receive your box instead, and most importantly the name or email that the account is under.
Please note that shares can be deferred to another week once per season for Half Share members and twice per season for Full Share members.
